Assisted Living
Help with the day to day, with room to keep living your life. Every resident gets a personal care plan, support with medications, bathing and dressing, and a team that knows them by name. Three meals a day in our dining room, snacks always out, housekeeping and laundry handled.
Wellness is built into the day. Exercise classes, walks on the grounds, Life Engagement activities that fit each person's interests, and staff keeping an eye on how everyone is doing. Care plans are flexible, so as needs change, residents can stay right here.
Memory Care
A calm, secure neighborhood built for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, at every stage. Our team is trained in memory care and works with families, doctors and specialists to build each day around the person's history and what they enjoy.
Days are structured around wellbeing. Familiar routines, music, movement, time outside in the courtyard, and good food served family style. Families get a partner who answers questions and helps you figure out the right next step.
Assisted Living and Memory Care Rates
Assisted Living from $4,565 a month
Private studios and one bedroom apartments, with caregivers on site around the clock.
Memory Care from $4,950 a month
A dedicated memory care neighborhood with a team trained to support every stage of memory loss.
Respite stays: $250 a day. Level of care fees are added based on an assessment before move in. Call for a personal quote.

A real home with your own porch, garage and full kitchen, in a neighborhood where people know your name and support is a short walk away.
Cottages from $2,900 a month
Real independence.
Your own front door, your own garage and a full kitchen. Come and go as you please and live the way you always have.

The Clubhouse is the heart of the cottages, with games, events and good company. Transportation helps you get around town.

2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, private garage and front porch, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and Clubhouse access.
Rent + Worry Free Package: $3,900 a month
Everything in Cottage Rent, plus all utilities, cable and satellite, housekeeping and garbage service. One bill. No surprises.
Second related occupant: $500 a month. Ask about our meal plans for days you would rather not cook.
